Congratulations to the 1st annual InkWars 2016 Champion! InkWars - A hands-on, live design competition, where artist are given design prompts and forced to create images on the spot within a given time period. Art supplies were sponsored by Easel Art Supply Center. Congratulations Leika Sinsurin! Runner up prizes were awarded by Topaz Labs and the Grand Prize, an Amazon Echo was presented by International Paper Company.

Winning is something that I love doing. I mean, ever since I was a kid, I have always been pretty competitive. I am not going to just stand here and take a beating from anyone. If I can do anything to win, then that is what I am going to do. In my opinion, winning is everything. If you cannot prove that you are the best, then people are not going to respect you, that is how I view the world.
